2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Non-Use

Non-Use of Services: Refunds will not be issued if you do not use the services purchased. Once a subscription or promotional package is activated, it is considered used.

Service Not Delivered: If Fikapp fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your contract (e.g., the app is completely non-functional or promotions are not displayed at all due to an error on our end), you may be eligible for a refund for the period during which services were not delivered.

Incorrect Billing: If there has been an incorrect billing or overcharge, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount once verified.
4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under the limited circumstances outlined above, you must meet the following conditions:
